When you receive a writ of summon, letter of demand or legal threat relating to your practice or medical services rendered to your patients during the period of the insurance , you must notify Marsh Specialty immediately. You also need to notify Marsh Specialty once you become aware of potential claims or circumstances that may give rise to claims against you. This will enable you to get the required support and assistance an​d possibly resolve the claim/ notifiable circumstance at an early stage.
Marsh Specialty as the scheme manager will assist you during the claim process to ensure a smooth claim management between you and the Insurers. The development of the notification will be monitored periodically and necessary action will be taken when a claim materialises.
 
 
 
Notify your Claim / Potential Claim
You may notify any claims, potential claims or circumstances that may give rise to claims via the following methods. You also need to fill in the Claim Notification Form which will assist the claim manager to process your notification smoothly. Once you have submitted your notification and the Claim Notification Form, speak to personnel from Marsh Specialty to ensure that your notification is received.
